Emily Kelavos
Emily Ann Kelavos (born February 14, 2006) is an American singer and dancer. She is a member of the girl group Saint Satine, formed under a joint venture between Hybe and Geffen Records.[1]
Career
Pre-debut activities
Prior to her career as a singer, Kelavos trained as a competitive dancer in the United States.[2] In August 2023, she was named one of the 20 international contestants selected —from more than 120,000 applicants— for The Debut: Dream Academy, a talent competition jointly produced by Hybe and Geffen Records to launch a new global girl group.[3] She advanced through all three missions and reached the show's live final, ultimately finishing among the top ten contestants without being selected for the resulting group, Katseye.[4] Her training journey throughout the program was later documented in the 2024 Netflix docuseries Pop Star Academy: Katseye.[5]
In September 2024, she appeared in and choreographed the music video for Adéla's single "Homewrecked", a fellow former Dream Academy contestant.[6] In April 2025, Kelavos performed as a background dancer for the Japanese pop group XG on the Sahara Stage during both weekends of the Coachella Festival.[6][7]
2025-present: Prelude, World Scout: The Final Piece and debut with Saint Satine
Following the conclusion of her individual dance activities, Kelavos was introduced in August 2025 as the first announced member of "Prelude", a development roster HYBE x Geffen formed with three former Dream Academy contestants —Kelavos, Lexie Levin and Samara Siqueira— while a fourth, final member was sought through a companion audition show.[1][4] In May 2026, her participation in the final lineup of the new global group Saint Satine was confirmed during the broadcast of World Scout: The Final Piece.[1] She debuted with the group via the digital release of the single "Party B4 the Party".[1]
Discography
As a contestant of Dream Academy, Kelavos participated in the promotional release of the contestants' shared songs for competition. They were performed on November 17, 2023, and released to streaming platforms on August 21, 2024.[8]
